This dynamic class is about connecting to yourself and exploring the yoga practice in a fresh and playful way – through immersing with different senses: smell (essential oils), touch (receiving and giving) and visualization (deep meditation).
We’ll mindfully flow through different sequences on the way to finding your inner peace and contentment. All levels are welcome. Share the love, practice and transform.

Vinyasa yoga teacher & meditation facilitator, aroma & movement explorer, dedicated student. Originally trained in traditional yoga & melting it with trainings and experiences in Prana Flow®, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Budokon®, Thai Yoga Massage, Dance, Energy Work, Shamanic Work, Aromatherapy.
My goal is to teach classes full of joy and happiness, inviting people to stay curious about themselves and explore their practice in a fresh and new way, including everybody in the group energy, and facilitating a deep and transformative yoga and meditation experience.
